DIRECTIONS

  • Dissolve the first three ingredients together.
  • Add the cold water and 1/3 cup of the brandy. Blend in a cup of sour cream until smooth.
  • Place bowl over larger bowl of ice and water stirring until thickened. Pour into large glass bowl and chill until set but not firm.

  • Add the cold water and 1/3 cup brandy. chill over the ice again until thickened.
  • Measure 1 1/4 cups and spoon into bowl over lemon mix and chill until set but not firm. Blend the sour cream with the remaining black cherry gelatin and spoon carefully into bowl.
