DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. Add roasted seeds and nuts.
