I made this using frozen cranberries, sugar in the raw, apricot preserves and grated fresh ginger. I cooked it until the cranberries all "popped." easy and delicious. I had Thanksgiving in July!

I've been making this for several years now, its become a highly requested family favorite, great for any holiday. Be sure to wash sort and de-stem your cranberries.

This was excellent! I swapped out orange juice for the cranberry cocktail because that's what I had and it was still great. All the guests raved. Thanks Nezz!

I made this for Thanksgiving and our guests loves it. It was so quick to make and beautiful on the table. Today my daughter called and wanted a cranberry recipe for Christmas and this is the one I sent her.
