ingredients

• 1 granny smith apple
• 5 strawberries
• 1⁄2 tablespoon raw sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• lemon juice

directions

1. Dice the apple and put in the serving bowl then coat apple with lemon juice to stop it from oxidizing.
2. Chop strawberries into quarters and put into saucepan with sugar and water.
3. Bring to boil and simmer until it turns into a "jam" or "sauce".
4. Pour over the apple.
