  1. I used the dough recipe for a different apple strudel filling--the other dough was impossible to work with! To echo the other reivew, this dough is super easy to work with and has a texture that is like a cross between pie crust and shortcake--very tasty, but a little different. Definitely a keeper (that saved my dessert)! Thank you!

  2. This was very good. The dough for this was very easy to work with-it rolled out very easily. The dough was not quite as flaky as I am used to-this reminded me in a way more of sticky buns in texture. Still very good though and well received by all tasters.

  3. The dough is quite difficult to work with so I suggest that you put it between 2 parchment papers. This allows you to roll it much easier and you can then use the parchment to help you roll it up once you add the apples! I would also suggest only do half of the frosting, its WAY too much, most of it falls off anyways!
