These are great! They're super easy to make, they're really healthy, and they're delicious. They have no added sugar and lots of fiber and whole grains, but they still taste good. I used 3 cups of white whole wheat flour (instead of the 1 cup of white flour and 2 cups of whole wheat) and added a chopped pear. I found that it worked better to cook them at 350, but my oven might run a little cool. Also, make sure you freeze or refrigerate what you don't eat the first day or so. I didn't the first time I made them and the fruit went rancid. This recipe made 24 muffins for me, rather than the 10-12 that it says. This is definitely a keeper!

Very tasty, the entire family enjoyed these. I added flax seeds and wheat bran for some added health. Next time I think I will use a apple that is more tart and I was thinking about soaking the apples in cinnamon and sugar before adding them for some extra flavor. These were good, I will be trying them again. They taste almost like an apple pie.
