  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Melt butter in a large pan and saute onions and celery until tender.
  • Add mushrooms, zucchini and apples and saute until slightly browned.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a large mixing bowl to cool.
  • Add Stovetop Stuffing, pecans, sage, pepper and water to the vegetable mixture and stir until evenly combined and moistened.
  • Add egg to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and scoop the mixture into each cup, pressing down gently as you go.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the stuffing cups begin to brown on top.
  • Remove from oven, place two wedges of brie cheese on top of each cup, then put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
