  • 1 12
    cups sugar
  • 3
    teaspoons ghee or 3 teaspoons saturated butter
  • fine chopped dried fruit
  • food coloring

DIRECTIONS

  • Wash apples and peel off their skin.
  • Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.
  • Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add color and mix wellAdd cashew nuts and serve.
