  • Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  • Heat gelatin over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved.
  • Add apple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  • Stir in fruit and celery.
  • Pour into 3 cup mold.
  • Chill until set.
