I doubled this recipe because I knew my family and I had a feeling it was going to be a winner and that my family would want seconds. I was right! These are super yummy breakfast treat. I made extra of the cinnamon sugar mixture because I wanted to coat the apple fritters with the cinnamon/sugar mixture instead of sprinkling. The caramel sauce was yummo too. My family and I truly enjoyed this recipe and it's a definate keeper. tag game.

I loved these fritters I'm Pat, they were awesome, crisp, tender and oh so flavorful. I was in heaven, they were incredible, so good, served warm or cold. The fritters were crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The apples were tender and flavorful. Dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce, I couldn't ask for anything more. I used Golden Ginger apples. Thanks for sharing a recipe, that I have placed in my keeper box.
