"Beautiful Apple Pie"

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 (8 ounce) can pie apples
• 1 cup flour
• 1 pinch salt

directions

1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time. Add dry ingredience alternately with milk. pour into pie dish, add apple.
2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes After 25mins boil 1 carlton of cream, 1 cup of sugar 1/2 t vanulla essence.
3. Pour over pudding while still hot.
4. Serve with ice cream or cream -- .
