Apple Cinnamon French Toast

"I love to make French Toast whenever there is left-over Challah (egg bread) that is a little too stale to eat. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare it. You can use a different kind of bread if that's what you have on hand though."

  1. Delicious! We loved this yummy French toast. The apple juice, cinnamon, and vanilla in the batter added extra flavor, and the sauce with the apples put it over the top. I used Texas toast for the bread and there was enough batter for 8 slices. This made a special breakfast for my family. Thank you for sharing. *Made for Fall 2009 My 3 Chefs*
