How long will this keep in the refrigerator? Thanks

Easy recipe to make. I made this twice. The first time I found it way too sour & tart for my taste. So I altered the recipe by using 6 cups of homemade crab applesauce, instead of 4, 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1 1/2 cups vinegar, & followed the rest of this recipe to a T. It was a lot better the second time. Made it sweeter. Works great with red meat & proteins. Thanks!

It's not that I don't like or can't have tomatoes ~ It's just that I enjoy trying new things like this very recipe! Easy to put together (I used some homemade applesauce but had to mash it more thoroughly since I'd made it chunky!) & very nice tasting, too! We initiated it on burgers & look forward to enjoying it in a variety of ways! Definitely a condiment I'm happy to make again & again! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
