Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line mini muffin pan.
Beat butter until creamy. Add half of the flour and the next six ingredients. Beat together until well blended. Beat in remaining flour and stir in raisins. Drop spoonfuls into prepared mini muffin pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
