Apple Blossom Ice Cream Soda

• Ingredients: 3
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 cups apple cider or 2 cups apple juice (is fine if you can't find cider)
• 1 pint peach ice cream
• chilled ginger ale

directions

1. Pour 1/2 cup apple cider in each of 4 tall glasses.
2. Divide ice cream equally into glasses.
3. Fill glasses with ginger ale.
4. Stir gently to mix.
