Apple and Onion Chicken

"This is a delicious dish, simple and juicy. If you are looking for a dish with suttle, mild flavors, but still tasty, this is it. I particularly am not always in the mood for lots of spice..."

  1. These were interesting flavors to mix and ended up being very complimentary to each other. One issue is that the the chickn by itself was very bland. It was only when eaten with a bite of onion or apple did it taste like anything. Also, the directions were very vague. What kind of apples? Should they be peeled? What is the oven temp? I just winged it and it turned out okay but next time I'll definitely peel my apples and add some more spices to jazz it up.
