Super pie! A simple list of ingredients, yet full of great flavor. I love the cheese in this! Note: I only had reduced fat Cheddar on hand and tried it out in this - next time I will use real Cheddar as the reduced fat doesn't melt properly in this, but did not affect the taste, just the texture. The combo of apple & cheddar has always been a favorite of mine. This is a great pie. Thanks!
