Hard as a rock and I LOVE IT! I actually added a bit more to make it harder we wanted a recipe of candy we could make into our own homemade Creme Savers "Used Bolthouse blueberry+Banana Almondmilk flavor" and it is super delicious we take them to work with us since we can't chew gum sucking on a hard candy made at home with less sugar than this recipe was epic!
