I don't have cornstarch or corn syrup. What can I use beside those two ingredients?

If you're wanting to make lollypops, this is a nice tasting recipe, however, it is absolutley NOT SOFT! I followed this recipe to the T and it came out hard and crunchie. I would not recomend this recipe to anyone, sorry but most of mine are hanging on my tree as HARD orniments.

I doubled the recipe and used 2 cups of canna butter. They turned out great!

Hard as a rock and I LOVE IT! I actually added a bit more to make it harder we wanted a recipe of candy we could make into our own homemade Creme Savers "Used Bolthouse blueberry+Banana Almondmilk flavor" and it is super delicious we take them to work with us since we can't chew gum sucking on a hard candy made at home with less sugar than this recipe was epic!

This is a great candy recipe, I wasn't sure about it so I cut it in half but I used a whole packet of kool-aid. Taste and texture was great, I will make the whole recipe next time and use 2 packets of kool-aid.
