I love these Cornish hens! I have made them several times. Each time I've made them I have changed the cooking time. Seems like the outside wants to burn before the inside gets done. The last time I made them I baked them like 19 minutes on one side turned them over. baked another 19 minutes. Them put under broiler for 7 minutes turned them over and broiled another 7 minutes. They came out almost perfect on inside. And almost perfect on ouside. Sooo moist; I had a half left over; had it for lunch the next day; and just put it on a plate in the microwave on reheat for 2mins and 40 seconds. And it was just as good as the night before. Thanks for this recipe, very good!
