- 2 cups dried peas, soaked
- 1 cup celery leaves
- salt
- pepper
- savory
- 20 ounces hominy
directions
- Put all ingredients in a large pot with the seasonings.
- Simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm.
- Add the hominy & cook till thickened.
- Serve hot.
