    (18 ounce) box white cake mix or (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 3
    eggs (or as called for by your cake mix) or 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13
    cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13
    cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1
    cup sugar
  • 2 -4
    cups rhubarb, cut in pieces and engough to cover cake

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare cake mix as directed.
  • Pour into 9x13 or 15x10x1 inch pan.
  • Drop rhubarb over cake mix.
  • Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
  • Over this sprinkle 1 small pachage strawberry Jell-o (dry).
  • Bake at 350F for one hour or until cake is done.
