- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (I used a spicy cheese instead)
- 4 ounces green chilies
- 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded deveined, and minced
- 1 cup crushed round butter flavored cracker
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chiles, and jalapeno.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and cracker crumbs (I used panko bread crumbs instead).
- Transfer jalapeno popper dip into a baking dish, spread out evenly.
- Top with the butter crumb mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or dippable of choice.
