AmyZoe's Jalapeno Popper DIp

"I made this for a potluck, and I didn't even taste it before I brought it. It was delicious, and a lot of people came back for seconds. I must confess I used more cheese than it called for, and some extra butter with the crackers. Recipe courtesy of Mommy Musings. Serving size is estimated."

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green chiles, and jalapeno.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and cracker crumbs (I used panko bread crumbs instead).
  • Transfer jalapeno popper dip into a baking dish, spread out evenly.
  • Top with the butter crumb mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or dippable of choice.
