  • Heat oven to 350* F.
  • Melt the butter in a medium-large pan.
  • Let cool slightly; then mix in the ingredients in the order given.
  • Bake in either a greased brownie pan or a lined muffin pan.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes, checking after 30 minutes.
  • The brownies are done when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
