Amarula Blended (Shake)
"It's hard to go wrong with Amarula and very easy to make a variety of cocktails. This is a shake I make for hot lazy days when I need a little pick-me up. Made with Amarula, Kahlua and cream. If you enjoy the flavors of chocolate, caramel and vanilla, give this a try ;) I'm being modest in these measurements, I like mine a tot stronger."

- 1 ounce Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 2 ounces 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
directions
- Using a blender, (I use my magic bullet) add Amarula, Kahlua and milk with 1 cup crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.

Oooh myyyyy!!!! So, so good!!!! I wasn't sure if it would make a glass-full...so I doubled it, and got *2* glass-fulls!! Woohoooo! And drank every bit of it, too!! LOVED it!! (Did mine in the blender.) Thanks ~V!! :) -
DH doesn't like drinks with milk. I gave him a glass of this drink and when he saw the color he knew there was milk in it. And he was a little bit mad. But after I asked him if he liked it and he said yes LOL My friends also liked this drink. It's delicious and not too potent. Thanks V Made for Beverage tag. -
Prepare yourself....BF doesn't like Amarula. I know, I've been forced to reevaluate our relationship because of it. However...he LOVED this. It was quick to do and tasted wonderful. There may be hope for him yet.

I don't think there's anything better than spending time with family and friends and enjoying delicious food together. I just love food.
