ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spread almonds on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in rosemary, brown sugar, salt and cayenne.
- Add almonds and toss gently to coat. Cool slightly before serving.
