    teaspoon vanilla
  • 1
    cup sliced almonds
  • 3
    egg whites

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 180c. Grease pie dish.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla, beat again for 30 seconds.
  • Fold in crushed biscuits & nuts.
  • Pour into pie dish and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Decorate with whipped cream, fruit or more nuts.
