- Ready In:
4 cups of rice
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
- Saute onion and green peppers until tender.
- Add pork, pepper, salt, soy sauce, almonds and rice.
- Simmer until pork is done and flavors are blended.
- Add pimentos just before serving.
