- 1 1⁄2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup halved seedless grapes
- 1⁄4 cup diced celery
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slices light bread
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
directions
- Combine the chicken, grapes, celery, mayo, almonds and pepper together and mix well.
- Divide among 4 slices bread.
- Top each with lettuce and another slice of bread.
