  1. Made this for Fall 09 PAC Premie Adoption. This needed major modifications to work, otherwise it would wind up being harder than a brick as per my conversation with AuntSasa and the problems she had with it. I mixed the spices, pudding mix, and flour togeather in a bowl. Then seperated the eggs, setting aside the whites. I then mixed the six yolks, increased the milk to 1 cup, and the cooking oil. Mixed this in with the dry ingredients. I then whipped the egg whites with the sugar in a chilled bowl with chilled beater to a soft peak stage. I folded this into the mixture. Greased a 9" cake pan, putting this into a larger pan which I filled with hot water until it came half way up the side of the side of the cake pan. I cooked this in my oven @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Please take into account that the baking time may be different for you as I live at an altitude of 3200 above sea level. Made this way you will wind up with a pretty tasty pudding well worth making.

  2. assasin, I am not leaving any stars at this time. Unfortunately, something went very wrong with your recipe. I am going to try it again and see what happens. This might have been operator error. Made for New Kids on the Block.
