All-Natural Tub and Toilet Cleaner

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup borax
• 1⁄2 cup white vinegar

directions

1. Sprinkle Borax (whatever amount needed) on surface.
2. Spray with vinegar.
3. Scrub with sponge or brush.

You can now add to this description "porcelain sink cleaner" as well :). I have a ridiculous white porcelain sink in my kitchen (what were they thinking?!?) and it stains something awful, especially since I use cast iron cookware. This didn't remove all of the discoloration, but it did a fairly nice job and was way more eco-friendly than the bleach water that others suggest I use. Thanks for posting, Prose! I haven't tried this yet in its entirety. However, you did inspire me to sprinkle Borax in the toilet prior to scrubbing, and that works very well.
