  1. Good recipe! I needed an alfredo sauce for a pizza I'm trying to copy that didn't have cream cheese. This fit the bill perfectly! I did add a little flour to the butter before continuing on with the rest of the recipe to thicken it up a bit more.... great flavor! Thank you truebit! I'll use this recipe again! :)

  2. This was my first attempt at making sauce. I substituted minced garlic for garlic powder, 'cause I didn't have any on hand, and added a bit more cheese 'cause I like everything cheesy. It was very good! Thank you for a great recipe!

  3. This looks to be the exact recipe I was looking for, thanks!

  4. Thank you for an easy recipe. This was my first attempt at making alfredo, and it turned out very well. I substituted one small minced garlic clove for the garlic powder. I sauteed it in the butter before I added the cream and other ingredients. I also added a small amount of parsley-not traditional, I know, but I like the way it looks! ;) I will be making this again!

  5. This recipe was amazing! I have tried several other alfredo sauce recipes and wasnt happy with the textures or flavors. This was perfect. It wasnt gritty and tasted absolutely wonderful. I will be making this again
