Addictive Chicken Fillets

ingredients

• 225 g chicken breasts, halved
• 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1⁄2 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1⁄4 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1⁄4 tablespoon paprika
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄8 cup butter

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 175C fan.
2. Combine all the dry ingredients.
3. Line a shallow pan with foil.
4. Melt the butter in a shallow dish.
5. Dip each piece in butter and then coat in seasoning mix and place in pan.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
