    tablespoons cilantro, chopped

    tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 2
    tablespoons parsley, chopped

    cup olive oil (give or take)
  • 2
    tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1
    pinch salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Put all dry ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse, adding olive oil, until the adjika is a pasty consistency.
