ingredients
- 16 ounces ready to spread frosting
- 18 ounces peanut butter
directions
- Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- I use cooking spray.
- Put the peanut butter and the frosting in a large microwave proof bowl.
- Cook for 50 seconds.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Put in the refrigerator.

Agreed that isn't the best for you but it was good. Fudge icing was good. For peanut butter we used the plain (no flavor) icing. We only microwaved the icing. We also skipped the Pam and lined the pan with waxed paper. You can actually stack two batches in one pan by putting wax paper between layers.
