- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped

- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, pressed

Classic Chili
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chili (or vegetarian chili, use 1/2 cup and save remainder for later)
- 1⁄4 small red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

directions
- Prepare a 16-oz. bag french fries according to package instructions (I prefer the oven method). Cooking time (below) is approximate.

I love fries dipped in mayo, and paprika is one of my favorite spices so the Tapas-Style was right up my alley :) I used lime juice as it was what I had on hand. Used it as more of a dipping sauce than a topping. Nicely spicy from the paprika (brought it back from Hungary a few years ago - still just as spicy as when purchased!) Thanks for the recipe!
