  • Combine peanut butter & honey in saucepan over medium low heat and melt to combine.
  • Stir in oats (and other optional ingredients like chocolate chips, dried berries or nuts).
  • Press into a pan that is lined with foil and sprayed.
  • Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Cut block of granola into bars and store in airtight container in fridge for 1 week.

  1. I agree this is SO easy. I love the concept. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I think it has just a little too much honey in it. And if there was a way to make it less sticky, that would be better too. But as it stands, I am sure the kids will love this as a snack or a quick breakfast when there isn't time to eat.
