ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1 egg
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄4 teaspoon parsley
• 1⁄8 teaspoon thyme

directions

1. Combine all ingredients well.
2. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to make the ravioli.
