My family loves this and that makes me very happy...especially for those days when I have little time to cook! Instead of the smoked turkey breast, I use Al Fresco's sun-dried tomato chicken sausages. After chopping them up into bite-sized pieces, I usually brown them in the skillet (but since they come fully cooked, it's not necessary). Great taste with very little effort. Thanks so much for submitting!!

Quick, easy, nutritious and tasty - what else could you want?! I cut this down to one serving using 2 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti, 2 Tablespoons fat-free zesty Italian dressing, 1 medium sized tomato, deli-sliced turkey cut into strips and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese. Next time I will leave out the parmesan cheese just because I like the flavor of the dressing more than the cheesy taste. I made it as directed, but I imagine this could be refrigerated and then eaten cold and still taste delicious. This is very filling and very satisfying. I looked around my refrigerator for something else to throw in, and I'm glad I couldn't find anything because this was just perfect the way it is!

Easy and delicious. A kid pleaser too! My husband took one bite and his face lit up and after a few mouthfuls he managed to say "this is really good!" I bought a "slab" of smoked turkey at the deli counter, used a pint of grape tomatos - cut in half and some nice parmesan. It was so fresh looking and tasting, and since I keep most of the ingredients on hand, I'll make this whenever the smoked turkey is on sale. Next time I will try some variations on the dressing, since I usually make my own.

Greetings! I live in western Wisconsin with my wonderful husband, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 horses, 1 mule and an Amazon parrot. My husband is a Certified Natural Hoof Care Practitioner and Field Instructor which keeps him very, very busy. I am a nurse and have been working in an elementary school since 1989. My husband and I love to travel and camp in our 5th wheel trailer or spend time at our cabin in northern Minnesota.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I am an avid reader, belong to a local book club, and I never go anywhere without a book.
In my free time, I enjoy going to movies, traveling and shopping with my girlfriends, collecting and displaying my Department 56 Snow Village pieces, adding to my Wizard of Oz collection, taking cooking classes, collecting cookbooks, playing cards and board games and at present, I am a member of three 500 card clubs.
However, my real passion is cooking!!
