If all you wanted to do was to take a dive into the Museum of Ice Cream sprinkle pool, but couldn’t get a ticket (or were too afraid of the germs), fear not! People around the nation will soon be able to take a dive into something a bit more edible.

On Wednesday, the Museum of Ice Cream made two exciting and scoopable announcements. First, that it is opening “The Pint Shop,” a new interactive space in New York City that lets guests explore ice cream using all of their senses. And second, beginning this summer, ice cream fans will be able to buy Museum of Ice Cream brand ice cream nationwide from their nearest Target.

The Pint Shop will be located in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, and will be open to the public six days a week. Like the original, it will have large installations, including giant pints of ice cream. It will also feature ice cream tastings, which it promises will be “one of a kind.”

Naturally, all of this is bound by unlimited Instagrammability.

“I set out to create The Pint Shop as a place where you can curate your own experience to share in real life, and among your peers,” said Museum of Ice Cream founder Maryellis Bunn in a statement. The launch of The Pint Shop is a new experience under the umbrella of MOIC, which celebrates the accessibility and democracy that ice cream brings.”

New flavors of ice cream, including “Piñata,” “Sprinkle Pool,” “Vanillionaire,” “Chocolate Crush,” “Cherrylicious,” “Churro Churro,” and “Nana Bread,” will be available at Target nationwide this summer.

The Pint Shop will be open on a first come, first served basis beginning June 6th. Limited reservations are available for ice cream tastings.
