Are you pregnant? Is your due date September 9th? If so, there could be some college cash money in your baby’s future—that is, as long as you’re willing to name your child “Harland.”

KFC, in a shameless bid to give kids a jump on college, announced on Wednesday that it was setting aside $11,000 for the first baby born on September 9th to be bestowed with Colonel Sanders’ first name: “Harland.”

Why? Well, first off, the $11,000 was decided upon because of the fried chicken chain’s secret blend of herbs and spices. KFC also seems to be hoping that, in the midst of a vintage baby name trend, new parents choose a name that represents “grit, passion and fervor,” and doing things the “Hard Way” (KFC’s capitalization, not ours).

The name “Harland,” according to the U.S. Social Security Administration, was ranked number 3,257th out of all names given in 2017. So far, in 2018, it has slid even further—down to number 6,208. KFC is hoping to change that trend.

"Even though vintage names are making a comeback, our iconic founder's name was dwindling in popularity, and we couldn't just stand idly by and let that happen," said KFC’s chief marketing officer Andrea Zahumensky in a statement. "We hope that this birthday celebration honors the Colonel and encourages the next generation of people aspiring to live the American dream."

In order to win the grand prize, your little baby Harland must be the first little baby Harland born on September 9th. Simply submit baby Harland’s full name, birth date and time using the form on KFC’s website before October 9th to enter. KFC will verify all entries and choose the winner.

And if your child resents you for naming him for what has become a fast food brand’s mascot? Well, isn’t college where you go to reinvent yourself? Thanks, KFC.
