The kings and queens of decadence at Ben & Jerry’s are bringing more fun to everyone with the introduction on Thursday of four new pints.

For dieters and those just looking to cut down on the cals, the world’s most Vermont-est ice cream makers have added the Cherry Garcia with a Twist, Mocha Fudge Brownie, PB Marshmallow and Chocolate Cookie EnlightenMint flavors to its collection of “Moo-phoria” products, which have only 140 to 160 calories per serving.

They characterize the low-fat, low-sugar cream as having “a little more dairy air,” with “a little less derrière.”

The Cherry Garcia with a Twist brings a classic to light-life by swirling cherry and chocolate ice creams with cherries and fudge flakes for only 140 calories per serving.

The Mocha Fudge Brownie is made with cold brew ice cream swirled with marshmallows and dotted with fudge brownies, and packs a low-cal punch of 150 calories per serving.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Swirl is pretty self-explanatory—peanut butter ice cream with “gobs” of marshmallow and peanut butter cookies for 160 calories per serving.

And finally Chocolate Cookie EnlightenMint is mint ice cream mixed with fudge truffles for only 160 calories per serving.

So if you’re looking to slim down just in time to eat your face off before Thanksgiving, Ben & Jerry’s has your back with a total of seven light ice creams. See them all here.
