Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
- 3 zucchini (approx 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
Directions
- Cut zucchini into slices (1/4 inch thick) diagonally.
- Dip one side only into melted butter, then parmesan, coating well.
- Place into greased pan, cheese side up.
- Sprinkle with salt and basil.
- Broil 4-6 inches from heat for about 8 minutes until crispy.
