Zucchini Fuax Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
Directions
- Cut the zucchini in half length wise, making certain to cut off the tops and bottoms to keep them stable.
- Slice tomatoes into small 1/8" in thick slices.
- Brush the faces of the zucchini with olive oil.
- Top with tomatoes slices.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 25 mins (as oven settings can vary the time can as well from 20-30 dependent on your own personal tastes.) When the zucchini just begins to soften remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with rosemary.
- Allow 3-5 minutes to cool before serving.
