Zucchini Fritters

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients, but using only 1 cup of flour and reserve the rest of it.
  2. Make a zucchini "sandwich" by placing a slice of cheese between two slices of zucchini.
  3. Dredge the sandwiches in the remaining 1/2 flour.
  4. Dip into the prepared batter.
  5. Fry in hot oil.
  6. Sprinkle more Maggi sauce on the fritters when serving.
