Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons onions (minced)
- 3 slices bacon (cooked & chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese (sharp & grated)
- 3⁄4 cup zucchini (minced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine and whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
- Bake @ 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
