Zucchini Cheese Bake

• Ready In: 40 mins
• Serves: 8
• Yields: 1 pan

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups cheese
• 2  zucchini, shredded
• 5  slices bacon
• 1  onion, chopped
• 1  cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup  oil
• 5  eggs
• 1  tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1  teaspoon dried basil
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. In a Pan Fry bacon and onion until cooked.
2. In a bowl mix zucchini cheese and all remaining ingredients.
3. once bacon and onion is cooked, add to mixture in the bowl.
4. Put mixture into a glass oven tray.
5. bake at 350 until brown and crispy on the top, and you can poke a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
