Breaded Zucchini Casserole

Another way to use Zucchini.Tastes like a quiche

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 1  cup Bisquick
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped onion
• 1⁄2 cup  grated cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 4  eggs
• 3  cups  thinly sliced zucchini

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
