Zucchini-Carrot Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter or 1 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1⁄3 cup zucchini, grated
- 1⁄3 cup carrot, grated
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing. (Remember to remove kneading paddle, if necessary.).
