Zucchini Bread

I use half w.w. pastry and half unbleached flour.

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients then add to zucchini mixture and stir until blended. Add nuts
  3. Pour into 2 greased 8" bread pans and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
