Zucchini Bread

This is a recipe that I think has been around for ages, but is so delicious!!

Directions

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.
  2. Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar mixture. Stir in zucchini and raisins.
  4. Turn into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, about 65-75 minutes.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool.
