- Stir together dry ingredients.
- Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar mixture. Stir in zucchini and raisins.
- Turn into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, about 65-75 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool.
